Background: Santiago became interested in coaching a few years after his playing career was over. He loved soccer so much that he had to stay involved in it and coaching was the answer. The main reason he enjoys coaching is his love for the players and teaching them the game. Santiago has also worked for the Winnetka School district since 1979.
