Mission:
Coach Francis uses the game of soccer to teach his players life skills: discipline, commitment and hard work.

Francis believes that FC United is the best club on the North Shore of Chicago because it is committed to developing our players both on and of the field and teaching the game the right way. They also have continued education for their coaches to be up to date with new initiatives and styles of coaching.

Coach Francis Piece of Advice:
Play the way you train. Train the way you play.
