IBJI FCU Semi-Private Training


Continue to develop power, strength, mobility and prevent injuries all while training with your teammates and friends.

Athletes will be taken through a full movement and performance screen. Programs will be tailored to the athletes needs and personal goals in mind. Routine movement and performance screes will be included in training.
